WiFi is slow. Some areas of the house I can’t get any and I’ll have to use mobile data.

I lay an extra fee to have a broader connection, if my connection isn't slow it's sometimes none existent and I rely on mobile data. This isn't ideal when I come to teams call online or for lersonal

 browsing. Please advise as it shows on the diagnostic that there is no issue however I can prove there is.

@Carlgoodwin if by an extra fee you have bought either Sky's Max WiFi  or their Broadband Boost bundles gvectgem a call to get a booster ot etender podcsent out.

I believe it's broadband boost. The point is the WiFi signal is struggling to reach all of the household, in fact on most rooms its signal weakens. Please may you assist?

@Carlgoodwin Briadband Boost should provideca booster if you call Sky. Forum members are customers like yourself.

i am ot calling sky as they charge. Please arrange for sky to contact me on said suject. You are missing the point of my issue.

@Carlgoodwin I am missing nothing but what part of "not a Sky employee" note on my posts are YOU not understanding?

 

Calls to Sky from a Sky Talk or Sky Mobile are free dial 150. Calls to UK Sky numbers starting 03 are included in every call package. Sky do not make out bound calls you have to call them.
