Got through to sky technical department yesterday, went through all tests and they said it sounds like the puck isn't picking up wi fi continuously, they are sending out new puck which is arriving this afternoon, as of today still having problems.
Puck arrived yesterday, turned it on to get set up done , lo and behold no internet connection, on phone to sky, rebooted sky router, after nearly 1 hour got picture on tv, ok this morning, turned on this afternoon can't connect to internet hence no picture, think I need to take this further.
