WiFi is not connecting to sky Q box

All 4 green lights on sky wifi box but will not connect to sky Q and can't access anything other than terrestrial TV. Have gone to settings to try and connect the router and sky Q box but keeps saying unsuccessful connection and that we may need a sky Q booster. WiFi box is sat next to sky Q box
