WiFi is more time out than in.

Engineer has been and said all is now OK after completing tests and removing a cable. We were the told it is the xmas lights around the street causing the issue. BUT it is happening when the street lights are on or off, it does seem to be more when the lights are off. We have even disconnected our smart plugs but that hasn't resolved our problem.
