WiFi is generally very poor on all 3 mobile phones used in the house.

Two mobile phones and one sky Spacetalk device and WiFi is consistently poor/slow. One to two bars of connection and we often have to switch to date to enable action. Surely this shouldn't be the case given the speed we pay for?

@AJK4 WiFi signal levels are dependant on the layout, type of construction and level of interference in your home. The signal level indication of two bars simply means the phones are either notclosexenough to the hub or something is blocking the signal. Firstly tge hub nedds to be out in the open and on a surfacexsonits WiFi signals are nor being blocked by radiators or other obstructions.

If you have mutiple floors or a home with solid internal walls tgen you msy need additional kit which Sky will provide for a price. They sell two add ons Sky Broadband Boost where if required to get a minimum 3Mb/s in every room they will provide a boister or the more useful Sky WiFi Max where the WiFi guarantee is 10Mb/s for Superfast or 25Mb/s for Ultrafast customers and can have up to 3 extenders if an engineercagrees you need them.

I can literally stand right next to the hub and I still only get two bars of signal?
