We pay extra for a booster and yet 4/5 times per day internet is going down also sky glass is constantly glitching and we are unable to watch any of the BBC channels due to constant glitching/buffering.

@ZoeSe27 first step is to run the Network test in the Get Help menu in the Netfix app on the TV as that will tell you the the TV connects at. It should be at least 25Mb/s. It is also worth checking thst the booster is set up,correctly first it should be positioned halfway between where your hub is and the TV as it needs a strong signal to actually help.
While looking st your network consider if you can improve the Wifi signal by moving the hub higher so its signal isnt being blocked by other kit, furniture and radiators simply putting it on a table or shelf can make a significant difference.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
