WiFi is constantly dropping every few minutes...

Ultrafast Broadband is living up to the billing for about 10% of the time, the rest of the time it is dropping out constantly. My connection has been so painful to work through, and customer services are non-existent. Most of the time I'm having to use my phone as a hotspot because the Sky service is so bad. Service checker says all is good in the area. Is there actually a way to speak to a human about these things? Every phone all is answered by a bot that hangs up on me each time when nothing is resoslved.

Hi, the actual broadband connection to the box appears fine and stable, and usually works with my computer with ongoing stability issues, but these last couple of days it has got so much worse. Case in point, it dropped out half way through writing this sentence

Mine has been exactly same since having it all upgraded a few weeks ago. When I did speak to someone they changed some settings their end which worked for about a week. I'm at a loss with it. Definitely not getting the speeds I'm guaranteed and constantly dropping out.

Hi thanks for bearing with me, I have the router stats, but i'm being prevented from sending these. What are you looking for in this info in particular?

I am having the same issue since I connected the upgraded hub as Sky asked me to do.  Never had this problem with the old hub. WiFi is constantly dropping even though the hub is connected.

@Michelle220 If you have done everything and run all the test's then you will need to call sky. Not anything the Forum can help you do.

I've just been timing it, wifi is dropping out every 3 minutes, for about 53 seconds, like clockwork.

@JimD3 And the stat's you posted earlier for the approx 4 day's are completely fine showing no problems drops off any kind, do they still look the same if you can take a quick look see!
