WiFi is absolutely awful

So we called about a month and a half ago and had a wifi extender sent out. All was fine for a week now we can't even have two things on at once without the wifi dropping out or being slow! I'm on my data half the time so at least my pc can run. You can't play a live game and have Netflix on at the same time or the game lags uncontrollably. It takes about 4 minutes for a page to load on a browser. This is ridiculous. Sky wifi is awful and has been ever since we switched to them. At least bt was consistent

@BioReno You mention you have an extender so do you pay for Wifi Max on top of your bundle? If so and you are having wifi issues call Sky as they should send out a broadband engineer to check your network.
