WiFi has very limited reach

Im new to Sky broadband and am struggling to connect to the WiFi in different parts of the house. I live in a bungalow so the signal doesn't have to travel very far. It seems to reach out into the garden fairly well but within the house only in the room where the hub is situated and the next room. Any ideas?

@Andyot If you can relocate the sky Hub to a more central position within the home to even out the spread of the wireless wi-fi signal!
