WiFi has been terrible all day and has just dropped out completely.

For the last 2 weeks the WiFi has been incredibly slow and today it has just dropped out completely 5 mins ago. Terrible service as this is becoming a regular occurrence and with 4 people working from home on important client facing calls this is not what I expect. All 4 of us have had our laptops dropping and reconnecting middle of the call all day and now nothing at all.

@RWP46000 Have you checked the service status?

 

If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby if enough time has passed for a fault condition to displayed by the software test! This should determine if there's an identified fault affecting multiple households.
