WiFi glitch. Want to cancel
My WiFi buffers all the time and glitches and I can't watch a film without it stopping. I want to cancel but I don't want to pay a fee

Re: WiFi glitch. Want to cancel
If you are within the first month of your Sky Broadband minimum term then you can cancel without a penalty.
After that time, consumer rights legislation says you must give the supplier the opportunity to remedy the situation before you can insist on early exit.
It's also important to understand that an ISP has much less contractual responsibility for WiFi: their remit is mostly broadband delivery as far as the router.
