WiFi dropping

Hi we have the WiFi ultra and talk for about £38 for some reason WiFi is now dropping a bit they have been all around  upgrade fibre have bt,I've been on line it states my mbs should 75 guarantee but my speed app says 57 but there is a option for either adding more speed or upgraded to the new WiFi max which I believe it's new WiFi 6 not sure what to do really any answers but be appreciated ,we have 2 x PlayStation,tablets,phones other devices been ok upto now though

@jjld  Is it your Wi-Fi or is it the actual internet that is dropping?
