WiFi dropping out and low speeds

We are on Sky Fibre 300, we normally have no issues at all but we both work from home and today the wifi keeps dropping out and when it eventually comes back on we are only getting between 50-100mbps.


I can't seem to find anywhere where we can contact Sky regarding this issue as when they do their own tests it says everything is fine but we know it isn't as we're both struggling to use the wifi today.
