WiFi dropping on own laptop but ok on work laptop

WiFi is ok on tv and work laptop and phones but keeps dropping out on home laptop, sky has detected a problem with the device but it's ok elsewhere on other wifi

@Isabelmci are the two laptops in thecsame location? How old is the one thst is having issues? Lastly do you have a black orcwhite Sky hub?
