WiFi dropping in and out for 3 days
Since Thursday my WiFi has been in and out. Through the TV trouble shooting it has said there is a problem with the network connection. In status connection to internet, it flashes from a tick to a cross 'there is a problem with the broadband'. Ive carried out as instructed. Turning router off from the mains etc about 4 times now. The lights in the router are all green

Re: WiFi dropping in and out for 3 days
@Helen20251 if tge lights on the hub remain green when you lose connectivity the issue is likely to becthe connection between the hub and the device. WiFi can be affected by interference from other electrical equipment and your neighbours' WiFi. A simple rdboot of the hub might help but it sounds like you msy need a booster or similar to improve WiFi signal level in the areas of the home affected.
