I have the same problem and i'm in Devon.  It says everything is good when i test my WiFi and broadband connection.  Time to cancel sky i reckon, its been going on for 3 days.

Hi,

 

When the engineer checked last time, I suspected it was a fault in the cable or cable joints outside. But the engineer insisted on replacing the equipment in the house. So that worked until now.

 

I still suspect the issue is external in one of the cable joints outside my home must have some moisture issues.

 

How do I book an engineer visit - what's the best number to call?

@miss_jjb  If you are in the UK the number to dial is 150 on your landline, listen to the voice prompts and ignore it when it tries to send a text to come back here. The lines normally open at 8am.
