WiFi dropping every 10 minutes
Our WiFi has been dropping out every ten minutes for the past 2 days - I've reset it and still get the same issue but the app seems to think it's fine. Anyone else having the same problem!

Re: WiFi dropping every 10 minutes
I'm having the same issue for the past 2-3 days. I'm based in London and this is severely affecting WFH.
The app says everything is fine..

Hi,
Please see router stats below. I have a black router.
I have had this issue few months ago as well, in April, and they replaced the router and filters, etc. in my home. See post https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/WiFi-dropping-several-times-a-day/m-p/4606571#M386088

Re: WiFi dropping every 10 minutes
@miss_jjb When they came out the last time did they look to see if it was an external issue that was causing your issue. Can see that your connection just came back on as you posted your router stats.
Can see the router has been up for 70 days straight. if this is happen multiple times a day you would be better getting back on to Sky about the drops on your connection and this has nothing to do with Wi-Fi. This is your broadband connection.

Re: WiFi dropping every 10 minutes
Im having a similar issue. Connection keeps dropping out every few minutes. Tried restarting the router. Tried talking to the Sky AI chat bot thingie. Tried cables in different ports. The Internet was installed 3 days ago. I have a white router. I don't know how to find router states so if that's important can someone explain how.
Thanks.

Re: WiFi dropping every 10 minutes
The issue is the same with devices that are wired in.
Does anyone have any advice on what to do next?
All of the status and connection checker things say there are no issues and my connection is fine .... when i can connect to them for long enough to finish their checks.
Is there an email address or phone number for this sort of issue?

Re: WiFi dropping every 10 minutes
@jammyb123 If you are running the tests only when your Wi-Fi is up, it does not need to be as these can be done while on mobile data.

Re: WiFi dropping every 10 minutes
Wales mines been like it the past wk even upgraded to sky max and got even worse had 2 engineers out today and yesterday changed a few things tested it and all fine. Within a few hours it's playing up again. Bots can't even play on their xbox they have asd don't sleep well and this helps them. Instead now they losing their head cause they can't play anything. Even my sky mobile is utter crap. I.ve no bars , they know we need new wires into thr home has the ones have rusted but they keep pitting connectors on them to help instead , its not working. Not even sure what I.m paying for anymore.
