WiFi dropped out 2 days

My WiFi has been non existent for 2 days now. Rebooted and done everything still nothing.

The first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker


If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Thank you. Yea done all checks and still nothing. So annoying

I have a similar issue. Keeps dropping out for up to an hour or so and then comes back on. I've done all the checks listed above and tried rebooting but it's still dropping out randomly. 

when it goes off it flashes green on the router. The ONTs PON light flashes but won't connect again for an age or until I power off the ONT/ boot it back up.

Is the connection actually down? What lights are showing on the hub?

Thought so 🤦🏻‍♂️ would that be a sky problem or an open reach problem?

@Tomb130 More so an OR exchange problem, so next time ONT reset only and see if it goes to solid green.
