WiFi doesn’t connect to all devices

My WiFi is connected to our phones/tablets and PlayStations but it won't connect to our tv or Amazon show. It also drops out when your upstairs to the right of the house. Why is this happening?

If you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:
