WiFi contracted but no internet

Hi, 

I had new WiFi installed last week. 

my granddaughter is working from home and when connecting to the WiFi it says "connected, no internet (!)" 

We have turned off and on and reset the box but there is still an issue. 

please can you advise how we fix this.
