WiFi constantly going down or very slow since having full fibre put in

Ever since we upgraded to full fibre 100 on our broadband we've had nothing but issues with our broadband. Devices losing signal , WiFi slow and no where near as good as it was before hand !

 

any one else had this issue ??

@CLS9426 Same sky Hub as before you upgraded to the Full Fibre, and how far did it move from the previous position to where it is at now!

The broadband box hasn't moved it's in the same place as it was before. Not covered up not in a cupboard it's not right next to the tele etc usual stuff checked  .. no more devices use it now than did before .. it's just shocking since we had that update.. starting to wish we hadn't done it now

@CLS9426 Do you have the Black Upright sky hub the SR203 Model, changed the operation by removing the cable from the OR Master phone socket, plugging in the new cable that sky sent to you from Port 4 marked WAN in red to the Ethernet port off the New Fibre ONT that OR fitted moved the landline phone if you happen to be using one to the back off the sky hub?
