WiFi connection to mobile phone

I've got full fibre 500 (sky max hub) but for some reason when connecting to my iPhone - WhatsApp and social media don't work at all...I can browse through the web but nothing else seems to work efficiently. If I disconnect and use my "mobile data" without WiFi it all works perfectly

Just to add, there isn't any other devices using the WiFi connection at the same time...nor online gaming or streaming

You need to check the Broadband Shield age setting: the default level.blocks some messaging and social media services.
