WiFi connection doesn’t reach all parts of my home, and we do have a WiFi booster
I recently received a new Sky hub, with the promise of best ever WiFi, but my WiFi connection is worse than before. I have a WiFi booster to help get the signal upstairs, I wonder if there is a problem between the hub and the booster?

We've just moved from Plusnet to Sky and I'm really disappointed with the coverage across the house. I'm trying wifi extenders too, as the Alexas upstiars won't stay connected. We didn't have this with Plusnet. Wish we'd stayed with them now.

@Holly-SkyTeam could you please ask somebody to assist with my challenge - I cannot talk to anyone at sky - I think my sky wifi booster may not be compatible with my new sky hub - or maybe another issue - can someone help please?
