WiFi completely turned off voice light is yellow

I have tried everything but nothing is working look on my app and its says its down in my area but Im not getting any answers

If it's telling you there's an outage locally it'll be passed to Openreach if you're in the UK. In the UK two WORKING days is the service level agreement between ISP’s and Openreach for fixing a fault.
