WiFi/broadband connection not working since storm/high winds at the weekend. It is coming on occasio

Wi Fi /broadband connection is not working properly since storm and high winds last weekend.

The middle green light on the router is not illuminating.

It will come on intermittently and then disappear for hours.

I believe we need a Sky engineer to fix this.

@Chris656 unlikely you need a Sky engineer its more likely an Openreach issue but until you report the fault to Sky nothing much will happen. A lot of lines were affected somthe dngineersxare pretty busy somthec2 full working day SLA may get extended.
