WiFi and broadband connection fluctuate

My internet connection is going and coming in last few weeks. Last 2 days it is dropping every 10-15 mins. I switched off the device and restarted it multiple times yet the issue persist.

plz advise the contact no or send an engineer to fix the issue as it affects my work from home.

@Bdas1 run the connection test in the My Sky app over a mobile connection which will tell you if there is a known fault. If it doesnt call Sky on either your Sky Talk line by dialling 150 for a free call or any of their 03 numbers you can find by following through the contact us links. There have been a lot of line issues linked to the recent heavy rain so it may take patience to get through.

 

You have bought a domestic connection which has a 2 working day Service Level Agreement that you choose to use that link for work is your business but does not change the priority A fault reported today is unlikely to be fixed before Wednesday. It's happening to me as well. Not as often as to you but got disconnections a few times a day. Pretty annoying. @Sky
