WiFi and Ethernet not working upstairs
I've had Sky full fibre installed and downstairs near the router I get 600+mbps.
As soon as I go upstairs I get less than 30mbps on WiFi
I've got 2 to-link AV600 set up that I had in my previous house that worked fine, I've set it up here and I'm still only getting 30mbps via Ethernet on the tplink with my PC.
any ideas on how to fix? Hub is in the front room of the house closest to the stairs and the wifi drops below 30mbps at the top of the stairs, never mind the Ethernet situation

Powerline networking performance can have huge variations between properties, because, unlike ethernet cable, mains cabling topology is incredibly disparate.

@Bethancaitlin The only full speed way is to run an Ethernet cable from point A to Point B.

I get that however I used the TP-Link in my previous house and achieved the same speed as next to the router. I run a gaming PC and I'm not naive to networks and wiring.
Also doesn't explain how my WiFi can drop from 600+ mbps to 30 just by going from the bottom to the top of the stairs.

Re: WiFi and Ethernet not working upstairs
@Bethancaitlin The sky information on speed, what sky hub did you have fitted, and the location because you got fibre is all wrong, central hub and central speed.

And for speed related issues good read.
