My internet has been on and off for 3 days.
open reach vans seem to be in my local area on a regular basis over these three days. However when I go to the tester it says nothing is wrong. But I have no internet.
can someone help?

Is it dropping for short periods of staying down? Do the lights on your hub change?

Hi,
it's Intermitant. Went off yesterday around 10:00 and back on in the evening. They today wake up at 06:00 and the internet light is off. It flashes orange every 30 seconds then goes off again. I've read on some forums that this means it's looking for a signal?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Elldan63 all Sky numbers connect you to the same IVR system which can conect you to an agent if you are patient and dont accept the option of a text etc.
