I can't unpause devices my children use this morning because the connected device lists and groups I'd made have completely vanished from the broadband section of the app. Is there another way to do this? Why has it vanished? Thanks

@AnnaWS looks like Sky have an issue as other people are reporting similar issues and my own app is misbehaving. I have posted in a closed forum alerting our Sky contacts hopefully they will sort the problem quickly.

@Stacey441 since posting I have seen other posts reporting the same and my own app is not showing any WifiMax settings so it looks like Sky have a problem. I have alreted the forum manager so he can find out what is wrong.

Hi I'm having this same issue and every time I speak to Sky about it, they just keep talking about the broadband shield and not the actual parental controls through WiFi max, any advice on how I can fix it? Thank you

@Babesta You have posted multiple times, you need to call sky, the parental controls on the sky Max is all tied to your sky account, so they need to look and work with you for any fix!

I have tried this and all they talk to me about is the broadband shield or tell me how to set parental controls on my kid's phones and consoles, not on the sky app
