WiFi / Broadband Keeps Dropping - S63 Area

For the last 4 days my internet connection has been dropping daily, as much as 10 times a day. The broadband router is fine, it's in the same place as it as always been. Nothing has changed. 

 

I work from home and it is severly impacting my work. I have ran all the online checks and it says there are no issues. The router is lit up green so there are no red lights. 

 

Are there any known issues in the S63 area? Any suggestions what i can do to solve this issue? Shall i ring up customer service?

@Senn29_ If you have run all the checks then yes time to call sky if it does not find anything.

Also be aware that Sky broadband is a domestic service and for customers using it whilst wfh (which is fine), it doesn't afford any extra or quicker response to issues.
