Wi-fi working but devices not able to access internet

My Sky WiFi hub and the Sky.com test shows everything is connected and operational, however a number of devices are unable to access internet services.  I have restarted the hub which has, if anything, made things worse!

What else can I do or is this a wider issue?

Further to my last post, resetting the router seems to fix the issue.

Further update - SkYQ mini-box reconnect attempts shows the the router is not issuing IP addresses to devices.

I am also having the same problem, I've currently worked around it by bridging the connection to an alternative WiFi access points that are not SKY

Thanks - have narrowed my issue down to the extension router. Am going to try resetting this to see if it works

Tried the reset on the main router. Sky Q box now not recognised by the network...and this has an Ethernet connection!!
