Wi-fi upstairs isn't working on the router max

My wife has observed that there is no Wi-Fi connection upstairs in the room. I have a Sky Max router, and I was informed that it covers the entire house, but the Wi-Fi is disconnected. Consequently, my wife has lost all of her phone data within the past few days.

@MarcinP

If you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

That's not cool.

I don't have Wi-Fi upstairs! 😩 Before I ordered, the agent said I'd get Wi-Fi throughout the house, even though this is my second time with Sky and signsl was in attick. Now The router barely reaches the upstairs! Sky wants me to pay an extra 4 pounds for a different router... what is this?!

Re: That's not cool.

@MarcinP The extra is to get the Sky Max and the guarantee for further equipment should you not be getting it throughout the home, so if you have the SR203 Black hub or the SR213 White hub you just don't have the wireless wi-fi signal pushing far enough to cover the whole home. As long as it reaches where it needs to be and you have a signal then at least you will have, may not be what you need so boosting is the only way to do it! Link below will explain.
