Wi fi speed keeps dropping out every couple of days

Hi, every few days my internet download speed drops. It's usually around 18 . Today it's dropped again to 3.6. I've run through the tests but no change. Usually when this happens I just reset my router and I get my speed back. I'm going to reset it again and see if it works this time but just wondered if there is a reason for this happening. TIA

Could be down to the WiFi channel you are using. When you reset your router it searches for a new channel.

Thank you. Have rebooted router again and speed back up. Will just keep doing it whenever speed drops again.
