I'm having wifi connection issues. Got Sky Q and Sky broadband installed around four months ago, but in last couple of weeks, since we returned from holiday, having big speed issues.
Programmes are downloading really slowly, Disney and I-player impossible to use because of lagging.
It's also impacted on other devices - sometimes laptop is taking hours to update games which would usually only take a couple of minutes.
Speed checks show wifi varying from 3-4mbps to as much as 20mbps. Any help appreciated.

Find out more@DHolmes67 run the connection test in the My Sky app as that will tell you the speed your hub is connected at and if you let it whether it can see issues in your network. Several possible explanations but the test should help narrow down the number.
