Wi-fi drops out in different rooms

Our wifi drops as soon as we go into the next room - we  have been back and forth with agents who have told us different things. The end result was that we got told to upgrade to sky max, which was guaranteed to work in each room and still we have no wifi in the other rooms. This has been going on for months going back and forth with agents and still we haven't got anywhere as you can imagine this is really frustrating. We really need this sorted please

@Annie2303

If you upgraded to Sky Max then you should be entitled to pods to place in other rooms to improve the WiFi range. Have you installed any of these?

Hi, thank you for getting back to us.

We've not been given these at all, is this like a booster?

Yes you should have been offered them when you contacted Sky about the issues
