Wi-fi Slow Speeds

Wifi been slow for the last few days in the BN3 area, I've seen another post reporting this also. Sky diagnostics claim everything is fine but speedtest is reporting 3.90mbps download right next to the router and 12.42mbps upload. Barely anything is working, my 5G is faster currently! I have tried turning the router off and on etc.

@K+K can you post the Sky hub's stats please see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics

Oddly you can be too,close to the hub to get highest speeds due to the way the aerials interact but whatever that sounds wrong.
