@Kellymacy several possible reasons the first being the devicescsre out of range of thecwifi to connect. However if you have the white Sky Max hub try switching the WiFi security level from WPA3-T to WPA2 as some devices dont like the higher security level. Setting is in the My Sky app under Product Options/Sky Max hub/Advanced settings
