Wi-Fi says voice on the box

Wi-Fi says voice in red on my box and the internet won't work why?

If the external internet connection has failed then Sky Talk Internet Calls won't work either, and the Voice light goes red.

@Lydia331 there is a fault where an issue with Sky's servers causes the voice service light to show amber (see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start) powering down your hub for an hour usally clears this as it changes the node on the server giving the fault.
