Wi-Fi on but not connecting to the internet

Not working says no issues in my area seems to happen every couple of days now sort it out or I'll be changing

I'm afraid this is a customer helps customer forum so nobody here can sort it out for you.

 

Next time it goes down try running the line test on the MySky app on your mobile phone via mobile data to see if it finds an external fault.
