Wi-Fi mobile calls dropping out during calls

Hi,

We are experiencing difficulty with our mobile Wi-Fi calls. The call recipient at the other end cannot hear us, we can hear them. Phones are Iphone 15 and  iPhone SE. I have also noticed the Wi-Fi dropping out momentarily on a Wi-Fi booster.

Any help appreciated

Can you try disabling Sky Shield

Hi, 

Thanks for the help. I have rebooted the router and this has stopped the dropouts. If they return I will try your suggestion.
