Wi-Fi keeps dropping out every few minutes

I've had the same issue since moving (M6 to OL14) have to restart my hub at least once a day, if not more. I also consistently get random ping spikes and packet loss.

Ive had the same issues myself. 

Have you just had fibre installed?

If you call them, they can monitor your WiFi speed for 10 days to make sure it's stable. 

Mine still occasionally does it, but after resetting the router, it was fine. 

But if it carries on, call them, ask them to monitor for you.
