Wi-Fi isn’t working and I’ve reset the router

Wi-Fi is t working throughout the house and I've reset it already.

I have no internet connection as it keeps going off and I lose recordings

Mine keeps going off too. Must be a problem but all my checks say WiFi should be working and there's no issues but there must be.
