Wi-Fi is on but no internet

Hi my wifi router is all working the 3 green lights are showing but it isn't letting me use the internet and it's not working in my PlayStation either

Im only seeing 2 green lights and its not working, apparently it's down in my area until 6pm today

I'm in the Rhondda and I have power -green, WiFi- green but Internet- amber.

Zero connection since 11.15 am.
