Wi-Fi drops every 3 minutes then back on automatically then drops over and over again

After nearly 5 days of outage in the area, this seems to be solved now. However, my Wi-Fi drops every 3 minutes and randomly comes back after 5 minutes on its own. It does this throughout the day, no exception.

I’ve done all the checks possible and imaginable :

- Service Checker says everything is fine

- Did the Sky Self Heal (Sky Hub > Connection Diagnosis)

- Changed my Sky wireless channel from auto to a random number.

I don’t know what to do – I’m desperate at this point, it’s almost going to be 6 days without proper Internet.

After more than a week of no Internet, I've written a long message on Friday to your Sky team with pictures of the Router and Openreach plug. They've just replied they were closing at 3.30pm and never replied back on the issue...

This is getting extremely frustrating... 

How to get access back to that private chat pop-up?

Hi there, after your images were sent, we responded to you the next morning at 8.15am and have not had any further responses from yourself so it was closed.

Unfortunately, it's difficult to answer on the weekend because i don't have access to Internet at home and cannot go to the office to use their connection....
