Wi-Fi dropping out

My desktop computer as well as my iPhone keeps disconnecting from the internet. It will try to auto connect which is usually straight away on the iPhone however on the home pc I have to try resetting and going through all the recommendations from tech advisers and after many weeks it's still the same. Using the troubleshooter comes back with different things each time all of which I have tried. I'm at a loss right now so any help would be appreciated.
