Wi-Fi dropping out or not connecting but checker says fine.

Full fiber to the door Wi-Fi suddenly dropped after working fine for weeks. I go to checker on the app and it says everything fine but I have no Wi-Fi and have to use the app with my mobile data. The Wi-Fi logo on my phone flashes on for a second then goes off again. White light is on my hub so appears normal and green lights on my fibre box. Any suggestions?  Thanks

I would suggest  you give sky a ring and get them  to do a test from their  end, it could be a problem  on the line, or the hub itself or you may need a wifi booster
