Wi-Fi dropping multiple times a day daily

Hi my WiFi keeps dropping, multiple times a day and pretty much everyday. Diagnostics checker on Sky app says no issues but I am convinced there is an issue with the router, as once we reboot the internet reconnects but only for the internet connection to drop a while later.

If you haven't done this yet then try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Thanks I've already done this and the tests are all green, looks like I'm going to need to give Sky a call
