Wi-Fi dropped and tried all suggested fixes.

Wi-Fi has dropped and tried all suggested captive Wi-Fi fixes. Sky app says all looks ok but it's not. Located RG40. Anyone experiencing similar?

@TallPaul66 What are the colour of the led's on your router, and if steady or flashing.

You can run a diagnostic on your mobile to test and see, but you say returns fine, or call sky if you have sky mobile on 150, and they can run a more detailed service check.

@JimM1 2 x steady green LED. Tested all connections and says all ok. Looks like a phone call.
