Wi-Fi cuts out when sky q box is on

We had an engineer out, he reset some stuff and installed a booster, but the problem is still here.

strangely this happens at night, if we watch say Netflix it's fine. But if we then put the sky q box on, the Wi-Fi cuts out on other devices, literally the second the sky box is turned on, and reappears the second the box is turned off.  The box is through Ethernet, it's very odd and Sky can't work it out themselves

Are you able to test with the Q box connected via WiFi instead of ethernet?

@jamesn123   Hi, I think weve fixed it.  We put a Hdmi splitter on a few weeks ago, so we could put the PS5 and sky box connected, so just to rule it out (even though my husband said it couldnt possibly be that lol), we tried putting it back to a single Hdmi we had before and it instantly worked, all wifi and sky mini boxes working fine with the main Q box on.  We still dont really know why, but so far its working, thanks

What a really odd one that is, I agree with your husband, how can it possibly be that 🤣

@jamesn123  crazy isn't it!  Could be something to do with the frequency maybe?  Very odd!
