Hi
Having this issue for a few days now,
Broadband hub is showing all 4 lights as green, all speed checks/connection checks/service checks on the app showing as all good HOWEVER we cannot get connection on multiple devices. Just showing as 'no internet connection'
Believe me when I say I've tried it all.. all Wi-Fi settings on devices are as they've always been, turned it on and off, reset it, turned the switches off, turned devices on and off etc etc.
Some things work and others don't, it's bizarre! Xbox X console won't connect to the Wi-Fi and says no internet connection, TikTok won't load any comments/new videos due to 'no internet connection', what's app messages wont come through etc etc but yet all four lights on the broadband hub and WVERYTHING showing as fine on the app and even when I rang Sky.
We are all eating into our mobile data fast as nothing will work even though all connection tests show as fine to the broadband hub!
sorry for the rant but I'm now getting annoyed, FAST!
thanks!

Turns out it was my broadband shield that was set to PG and was blocking all social media/online gaming.
It should of been set to 13+. And I do vaguely remember sorting out the shield settings etc and must of somehow altered the age rating accidentally whilst changing other settings.
I have changed it back to 13+ and it is now fine, so I recommend checking all your broadband shield setting to see if you have any luck.
it does actually make sense to me now because we had access to games/certain apps on our phones and the skyQ box was fine etc it was the gaming consoles/TikTok/Instagram/Snapchat/WhatsApp etc that wasn't working, which is social media/online gaming that was being blocked by the PG setting on the shield.
hope you get sorted!
